Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s Inaugural

Targeted Oligo Delivery Using Conjugates

Innovations in Nucleic Acid Delivery Using Antibody, Peptide, LNP or Lipid Conjugates and Novel Linkers

March 17-18, 2027

Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s inaugural conference on Targeted Oligo Delivery Using Conjugates brings together chemists, biologists, and formulation experts looking to design oligo therapies using novel bioconjugates to deliver them in a tissue-specific manner. Utilizing AI/ML predictions, innovative conjugate and linker chemistries, and novel formulation and delivery techniques, these emerging organ-specific, cell-permeable, and orally bioavailable therapies are being developed to tackle challenging extra-hepatic disease indications. The talks and discussions will delve into innovations around improving efficacy, stability, bioavailability, and deliverability of these modalities, while reducing immunogenicity and safety concerns.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Antibody-oligo conjugates (AOCs) and peptide-oligo conjugates: promise, pitfalls, and IND-enabling strategy
  • Designing and delivering oligo conjugates for extra-hepatic delivery (CNS, muscle, kidney, lung, and more)
  • Novel multi-modal and tunable oligo conjugates for tissue-specific, on-demand release
  • Innovative linker chemistries, antibody engineering, internalization mechanisms, and endogenous delivery
  • Target-specific lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-enabled oligo and in vivo CAR delivery
  • New tools (DEL screening) and methods for optimizing bioconjugation and biodistribution
  • AI/ML-based prediction and analysis for designing, optimizing, and selection of specific conjugates
  • Strategies and oligo shuttles for improving blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability and systemic delivery
  • New formulations, payloads, and delivery routes for targeted cell permeability and tissue specificity
  • Case studies highlighting novel oligo conjugated therapies for obesity, metabolism, oncology, and more
  • When delivery becomes toxicity: translational safety lessons for AOCs and other oligonucleotide conjugates

The deadline for priority consideration is September 4th 2026.
